2021 Home for the Holidays Campaign

Healthy Aging in a Pandemic World: What Older Adults and Caregivers Need to Know Now

After nearly 18 months of living with COVID-19, many of us, including the older adults we serve, could benefit from checking-up on healthy aging habits—and caregivers concerned about the changes they see in older loved ones could use help with next steps. This is why the Eldercare Locator’s 2021 Home for the Holidays campaign will focus on educating older adults, caregivers, families and professionals on some of the simple questions they can ask to check in with themselves and their older loved ones—and how to access services provided by the Aging Network that can enhance the ability of older adults to age well in their homes and communities.

About the Home for the Holidays Campaign
Tied to the holiday season, the annual Eldercare Locator campaign encourages families to start conversations about what can be considered difficult topics about the health and welfare of older adults in their families. The Eldercare Locator is funded by the Administration for Community Living and administered by USAging.
