USAging Launches Grant Program to Strengthen Social Connection
USAging is now accepting proposals for its Strengthening Social Connection in Communities (SSCC) initiative, offering 12-month seed grants of up to $35,000 to as many as 10 Aging Network organizations. The program aims to improve the health of older adults and caregivers by supporting the replication of evidence-based and evidence-informed social connection programs, partnerships and referral processes. Two grants are designated for organizations in western New York, specifically in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans or Wyoming counties. Submit your application by December 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
