Pam Curtis

Pam Curtis is the CEO for Senior Resources of West Michigan. Pam holds a degree in social work from Ferris State University where she was a 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.  She has held a variety of positions within the agency over the past 33 years, providing her with a front row seat to the successes, celebrations, headaches and pitfalls when you try something new at an organization, all while maintaining and tweaking the other great work done by existing programs and services. Pam has thoroughly enjoyed her years of involvement with USAging and the Board of Directors and is proud of the work that the Corporate Relations Committee has undertaken. She is a graduate of the first USAging Leadership Institute and a dedicated attendee of USAging’s major events, where she has cultivated long time friendships with colleagues across the nation.

With their minds on the mission, Pam and the staff at Senior Resources have been seeking new business opportunities to diversify their revenue streams and improve the service array for all who are aging. In addition to traditional Area Agency on Aging business, Senior Resources is a 1915 Medicaid waiver provider, an in-home primary care and counseling provider, have a very successful bi-monthly newspaper and is partnering with two other Michigan AAAs to develop an Institutionally Eligible Special Needs Plan (IE-SNP).
