“USAging membership connects you to a national network of aging professionals, giving you access to policy updates, funding opportunities, training and peer support. It strengthens your ability to serve older adults and advocate effectively—while making sure you’re never doing this work alone.”—Member Testimonial, 2025

“USAging is the national voice for all of us in the Aging Network, and our little AAA is grateful for this connection. We engage in federal advocacy, peer learning and have access to practical tools that make our work easier and more impactful. It’s not just about information—it’s about having a seat at the table where national policies that affect our programs are shaped. Plus, the annual USAging Conference brings together leaders from across the country. It's one of the best opportunities to share ideas, learn about innovative practices and bring back fresh strategies to your agency.”—Member Testimonial, 2025

USAging Primary Membership is restricted to Area Agencies on Aging and Title VI Native American Aging Programs. Our membership year begins July 1, although the annual campaign continues through the summer and fall to provide sufficient lead time for organizations to renew or join. Staffed state associations of AAAs may also join USAging; dues are determined based on the percentage of AAAs in the state that are USAging members.

Former AAA and Title VI directors and senior staff may be eligible for our Alumni Membership. Please see the links below for more details on all USAging membership options.
