n4a letter to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Responding to RFI on New Direction

n4a recently sent a letter responding to a request from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) for feedback about a new direction for the Innovation Center. n4a's response emphasized the importance of CMMI and CMS supporting ongoing efforts to enhance alignment between the health care and social services sectors to address health-related social needs. n4a's response also highlights several current best practices within the Aging Network that are improving alignment and integration in local communities.
