Christian Flores

Christian Flores joined USAging in May 2023 and is a Program Manager for the Community Care Corps (C3) initiative, supporting grantees in strengthening volunteer-based caregiving models for older adults, people with disabilities and family caregivers. They previously worked on USAging's Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative (ADVC) as a Program Manager, expanding vaccination access through grantee support and technical assistance.
 
Before USAging, Christian worked at the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging, managing programs focused on the needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander older adults. They also worked at the George Washington University as a subcontract administrator for federally funded maternal-fetal health research initiatives.
 
Passionate about health fairness, leadership development and community engagement, Christian holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
