Anna Ngu

Anna Ngu joined USAging in June 2021 and serves as an Information and Referral Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call. Anna Ngu connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American Aging Programs, and other national and local resources.

Before joining USAging, Anna worked with the U.S. Census Bureau as a call center representative. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
