Join Dementia Friendly America (DFA) as we celebrate what happens when seeds of understanding are planted and relationships are nurtured. Hear stories of communities taking root, friendships growing and people finding new ways to connect!

Everyone is welcome to this celebration of connection and commitment to creating communities where people living with dementia and their care partners can live, engage and thrive. There are plenty of seats at the virtual table so please invite friends, family members and colleagues to come along!
