Sara Tribe Clark
Sara Tribe Clark joined USAging in December 2019 as the Director of the Eldercare Locator. In her role, Sara oversees the operation of the Eldercare Locator Call Center, ensuring responsive connection of 400,000+ people per year to local resources, helping older adults and people with disabilities remain independent in their communities for as long as possible.
Sara has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of aging and disability services. Before joining USAging Sara spent five years building the District of Columbia’s Aging and Disability Resource Center into a responsive focal point of home and community-based supports in the nation’s capital. This required the development of multiple programs and transformative partnerships with DC’s Medicaid agency, Department of Disability Services, and Adult Protective Services. Prior to her work in DC, Sara was the Director of the National Information and Referral Support Center at ADvancing States and spent 6+ years working within the Massachusetts Aging Network at various Aging Service Access Points (Springwell, Inc., Ethos, Central Boston Elder Services and Boston Senior Home Care).
Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University and received a Master of Social Work degree from Boston University.
