Nutrition Support Specialist
The Nutrition Support Specialist provides mission-critical support for Age Well’s Meals on Wheels In-Home Delivery Program, our Community Meals & Restaurant Ticket Program and Age Well’s Dietitian provided Nutrition Counseling service. Our phone-based Support Specialists are the primary point of contact for our clients and their families, health care providers, vendors, Age Well volunteers, and staff. This candidate will work within a team to provide an excellent customer experience for the consumer, troubleshooting and resolving simple to complex problems, assessing program eligibility, managing volunteer and meal delivery schedules. This fast-paced role spends most of the time on the phone and computer in our Colchester location.
This is a 30 hour per week, full benefit eligible position. The hours are 10:30a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday through Friday.
