Geoff Martiny

Geoff Martiny joined USAging in August 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Geoff is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. 
 
Geoff came to USAging from UnidosUS where he spent seven years as Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis. He oversaw all aspects of federal and nonfederal grant compliance, advised UnidosUS on accounting policies and technical issues, and provided financial reporting and analysis for UnidosUS as well as its related entities. 
 
Prior to joining UnidosUS, Geoff worked in public accounting for 16 years with both a national accounting firm (13 years) and a local accounting practice (3 years). During this time, he provided audit, accounting and consulting services as a member of both firms’ nonprofit practices. He specialized in working with private schools, churches, foundations and other not-for-profit organizations.  
 
Geoff has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
