Join n4a and your peer agencies for a four-part n4a member-only lunchtime webinar series that will provide an overview of innovative programs your peers are running at their agencies. As a participant, you will hear from your peers on how they developed, implemented and sustained these programs within their agencies. Tips on how you can replicate these programs within your agencies will be shared as well, with time for Q & A at the end. The November 12 webinar will highlight:

• A local partnership strategy to reduce opioid addiction among older adults; developed by Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc. in Toledo, OH.
• An innovative and fresh take on the traditional senior dining program that places a special emphasis on combating diabetes in older adults; developed by Heritage Area Agency on Aging in Cedar Rapids, IA.
• An annual community event where donated fans are distributed to attendees and education is provided on available services, health screenings and how to avoid heat-related conditions and complications; developed by KIPDA Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living in Louisville, KY.
• A pilot program where home-delivered meals clients were connected to food pantry resources through smart speakers equipped with a food pantry app; developed by Mid-America Regional Council in Kansas City, MO.
