Support Dementia Friendly America—Help Build More Inclusive Communities
Dementia Friendly America (DFA) is a national movement dedicated to creating communities where people living with dementia—and those who care for them—feel understood, supported and empowered to thrive.
Today, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and over 11 million are providing unpaid care to a loved one with dementia. DFA is committed to fostering community support for people living with dementia and their essential care partners so they can safely remain and continue to engage in the community.
Your support makes a difference. When you donate to DFA, you help us:
- Maintain a national clearinghouse of dementia-friendly resources and directories
- Coordinate communication across a growing network of communities and champions
- Organize events and collaborative opportunities to accelerate innovation and connection
- Strengthen partnerships with businesses, faith groups, arts organizations, local governments and more to make communities and systems more inclusive

Together, we are building a more compassionate and connected future for everyone impacted by dementia. But we cannot do it without you. Donate today to keep the movement growing—and to ensure no one faces dementia alone.
Every dollar counts. Thank you for being part of the Dementia Friendly America movement!
