Maya Op de Beke

Maya Op de Beke has a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada. Her previous work experience includes working at Virginia’s state Medicaid office, conducting dementia related academic research, and providing in-home personal care.

Currently, she is a Senior Program Manager for USAging’s Business Institute. Her work focuses on developing business acumen resources and providing training and technical assistance to community-based organizations (CBOs), networks of CBOs, and Community Care Hubs to strengthen partnerships with the health care system. She also manages USAging’s Consulting Services program and has worked to support the development of the Housing and Services Resource Center (HSRC), focused on addressing housing needs and access to wrap around support services.
