Letter to the House Rejecting Cuts to Critical Aging Programs for FY 2018

On July 17, n4a sent a letter to House Appropriators rejecting proposed cuts to the Medicare State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) and Elder Justice Programs. House Appropriators proposed eliminating SHIPs, and making deep cuts to SCSEP and Elder Justice Programs in FY 2018.
