Carlos Davila joined USAging in March 2011 and serves as a Senior Enhanced Services Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. Carlos is one of four bilingual team members. He provides consultation and assistance to callers-older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities experiencing complex situations-by connecting them to services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American aging programs and other national and local aging resources.
Before joining USAging, Carlos worked at Thomson Reuters as a Wealth Management Client Service Representative, supporting different finance software applications, and as a Resource Center Services Representative. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science. He is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disabilities (CIRS-A/D).
