John Gonzales

John Gonzalez is the Program Manager for Information Technology and Analytics in the USAging-operated and person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. He joined USAging in September 2010 and is one of four bilingual team members. He is responsible for implementing critical information technology solutions, including telephonic and computer support, producing statistical reports and coordinating the flow of resource information.

John’s background in social services within the health care sector includes five years of customer service. Prior to n4a, he worked for the Montgomery County (MD) Department of Health as an Intake Triage Coordinator, educating the local community about various state, local and federal services. A graduate of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD, John holds an Associate degree in Business and is working towards his Bachelor’s degree. He is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disabilities (CIRS-A/D).
