Samuel Keelson

Samuel Keelson joined USAging in October 2025 as the Accounting Manager. Samuel has a background in non-for-profit and governmental organizations. He is skilled in GASB, FASB, GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, grants and contracts, sub-awards, budgeting and analysis, account reconciliation and procurement and strengthening fiscal integrity.

He has a Master of Accountancy (MACCY) from Rutgers University, and an Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) membership, ensuring high reporting standard.
