Duana Patton

Duana Patton is the CEO of the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc., with over 35 years of experience in nonprofit and executive leadership. She serves as Board President of the Ohio Association of Area Agencies on Aging, and she also serves as President/CEO of the Area Agency on Aging Foundation, which she co-founded in 2011.

Duana has served on the USAging Board of Directors since 2018, starting her service as an alternative representing Region V. Duana has chaired the Policy Committee and served on numerous workgroups carried out by USAging.

Duana holds an MBA in healthcare and a bachelor’s in business from Western Governors University. A strong advocate for leadership development, she is a certified John Maxwell Executive Coach and Speaker and a Strategic Agile Organizational Leadership (SAOL) Coach through the Rubi Ho Group and Miami University.

A frequent speaker at local, state, and national events, Duana is known for her work in board governance, customer service, housing development, and strategic planning — always with a focus on advancing the mission of aging services.
