Paul Cantrell

Paul Cantrell joined USAging in November 2023 and serves as Director of the Center of Excellence to Align Health and Social Care. Paul is no stranger to USAging, having provided consulting services to the association and its Aging and Disability Business Institute (Business Institute) for more than ten years. He also manages the Business Institute’s Consulting Program and has provided consulting services to AAAs Community Care Hubs (CCHs), state units on aging, state associations of AAAs, and Community-based Organizations (CBOs) across the nation.
 
Paul has more than 25 years of leadership and professional experience with a diverse group of health and social care-related organizations, including the Georgia Business Forum on Health, the Georgia Department of Insurance, Comprehensive Care Connections (C3) - a CCH in Pennsylvania; and Humana Inc.
 
In 2012, Paul founded Clear View Strategies, LLC to provide consulting services, training, and technical assistance in the areas of public affairs and improving business results for AAAs and CBOs at the intersection of health and social care. He is also a frequent presenter at national, state, and regional conferences and has served as faculty on a National Council on Aging (NCOA) Learning Collaborative.
 
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University. He lives in central Virginia with his wife where they are active in a small church and enjoy hiking and kayaking.
