Debbie Wilkes

Debbie Wilkes joined USAging as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer in September 2023. In this role she manages the executive office and supports the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining USAging, Debbie spent more than 21 years at the National Partnership for Women & Families where she held multiple roles, including Chief of Staff, where she served as an advisor to the president, supported the executive functions of the organization and managed the Operations team, including administration, IT and finance.  

Debbie holds a master’s degree from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. She received her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification in 2023.
