Jessica Machler

Jessica Machler serves as the Senior Program Manager of Rural Health and Social Engagement at USAging. In this position, she supports the implementation of USAging’s rural health initiatives to improve social connection for older adults and integrate health and social care in rural communities.

Jessica also supports the Center of Excellence to Align Health and Social Care and its work to support Community Care Hub contracting efforts with health care organizations for coordinated access to and delivery of social care programs and services that assess and address health-related social needs and improve health equity and inclusion for individuals, families and/or caregivers.

Prior to joining USAging, Jessica served as the Project Manager for the Pennsylvania Association of Area Agencies on Aging. Since 2015, she has served various roles on the state and local levels to assist with building and scaling networks of aging and disability organizations.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
