Madeline St. Laurent

Madeline joined USAging in August 2021 as a Program Coordinator in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. In this role, Madeline oversees day-to-day operations and supervision of the Information and Referral Specialist team that connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American Aging Programs, and other national and local aging resources.

Prior to joining USAging, Maddie worked as a crisis counselor and supervisor with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently enrolled in Virginia Commonwealth University's Master of Social Work program.
