Zachary Trammel

Zachary joined USAging in March 2020 as the Program Manager of Information and Referral Systems in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. In his role, Zachary oversees day to day operations and supervision of the Information and Referral Specialist team connecting callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American aging programs and other national and local aging resources.

Before joining USAging, Zachary worked as a crisis counselor and supervisor for a National Suicide Prevention Lifeline center. He is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Service Studies.
