Funding Acknowledgment Guidelines
When referencing your ADVC grant in educational or marketing materials, include this language indicating that the grant was awarded by USAging and is funded by the Administration for Community Living.
For flyers, newsletters, emails and other written or printed materials:
“This [project/publication/program/ website, etc.] [is/was] supported by the
Administration for Community Living (ACL, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)) through USAging as part of a financial assistance award to USAging totaling $74,999,835 with 100 percent funding by ACL/HHS. The contents are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official view of, nor an endorsement, by USAging, ACL/ HHS."
For radio, webinars, commercials and other verbal announcements:
“This [project/publication/program/ website, etc.] [is/was] funded by the U.S. Administration for Community Living through a grant to USAging. The contents do not necessarily represent the views of USAging, ACL or the U.S. Government.”
For social media and digital:
“Funded by @ACLgov,” or
“The [ADVC/this event/clinic etc.] [is/was] funded by @ACLgov.”
