Eileen Schroff

Eileen Schroff joined USAging in September 2023. As a Program Manager with the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center, she supports grant programs, resource development and technical assistance around critical issues in accessible community transportation. Eileen is passionate about bringing attention to the transportation challenges of older adults and people with disabilities and providing opportunities for dialogue around best practices in the field.

Previously, Eileen was an independent consultant working with NADTC on writing projects and online learning initiatives. She also held the position of Senior Program Associate, Transportation with USAging from 2014 to 2017.

Prior to her work in transportation and aging, Eileen worked for a facilitation organization supporting multi-party conflict resolution dialogues around challenging issues of energy, health and environmental policy. Eileen has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University and a Master of Arts in Geography also from The George Washington University.
