Katie Ballard

Katie Ballard joined USAging in June 2023 and serves a Program Manager with USAging’s Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative. Prior to joining USAging, Katie delivered and managed a family caregiver program, as well as dementia-friendly efforts at an Area Agency on Aging in North Carolina.

Katie has a passion for helping older adults and people living with dementia gain access to health care and aging services. Katie holds a Master of Gerontology from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi.
