Hellen Smith

Hellen joined USAging in October 2021 as a Program Coordinator in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. In this role, Hellen oversees day-to-day operations and supervision of the Information and Referral Specialist team that connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American Aging Programs, and other national and local aging resources.

Hellen brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in Operations and Customer Service Management. Hellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
