Chinnette Brennon

Chinnette Brennon joined USAging in June 2021 and serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. Chinnette evaluates calls to ensure callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities— receive a high-quality experience and helps to ensure accurate referrals to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American Aging Programs, and other national and local aging resources. 

Before joining USAging, Chinnette worked for the American Psychological Association as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Trainer. Chinnette is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a degree in business.
