Nominate Your Agency for The John A. Hartford Foundation 2020 Business Innovation Award

The Aging and Disability Business Institute is now accepting nominations for The John A. Hartford Foundation 2020 Business Innovation Award! Each year, this award recognizes AAAs and other aging and disability CBOs for the innovative approaches they have taken to address the needs of older adults and people with disabilities through strategic partnerships and contracts with health care entities such as health plans, health systems and more.

Now in its fifth year, The John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award will celebrate the successes of AAAs and other aging and disability CBOs that are partnering and contracting with health care entities to reduce health care costs and improve the well-being of older adults and people with disabilities. Sponsored by The John A. Hartford Foundation and presented by n4a's Aging and Disability Business Institute, this year's award will place a special focus on recognizing innovations in CBO–health care contracting related to COVID-19 response and innovations addressing health equity or health disparities.

Winners will be recognized during n4a's Virtual Conference and Tradeshow, taking place September 21-24, and will receive a plaque and monetary award of up to $5,000.

Nominations are set to close July 31, so be sure to submit your nominations soon!
