Tell Us About Your Health Care Contracting Experience

n4a's Aging and Disability Business Institute wants to hear from you! Tell us about your AAA's experience contracting with health care entities to serve older adults and people with disabilities. Even if your AAA is not currently engaged in contracting work—take the CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey now to share your insights!

The CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey is integral to the work of n4a's Business Institute. It tracks key data on how AAAs are adapting to new challenges and opportunities in an evolving health care market. Your responses will help us continue to develop helpful tools and resources for AAAs, raise the visibility of this important work and educate policymakers and health care professionals on the growing capacity of AAAs.

This survey should take approximately 10 to 30 minutes to complete based on your contracting activity. Even if your agency has no health care contracts, please take some time to respond to the survey.

AAAs that complete the survey will have a chance to win a complimentary registration of up to $700 for a conference of their choice.

Your agency should have received a reminder email on Tuesday, July 6, from Robert Graham at AAAsurvey@MiamiOH.edu with a link to complete the survey. Please complete the survey using the unique link you received in that email. Not sure you received the email? Questions and technical issues can be directed to the Survey Helpline at (855) 359-3033 or AAAsurvey@MiamiOH.edu.
