Partnering in a Changed World: The Network Operations Learning Collaborative

A recent article featured in the American Society on Aging's Generations Today profiles the Aging and Disability Business Institute's Network Operations Learning Collaborative (NetOps LC) and how the curriculum was adapted in the face of the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Set to wrap up later this month, the Business Institute's NetOps LC has allowed its AAA and CBO participants that are involved in integrated care networks to engage in an interactive curriculum that provides the skills and knowledge to build and strengthen their networks' operations, infrastructure and sustainability. Since the NetOps LC began in January, the Business Institute has convened monthly webinars, delivering lessons on financial considerations, health information technology, quality assurance, contracting requirements and more.

The NetOps LC and other Business Institute-led learning collaboratives engage AAAs and other community-based aging and disability organizations in curricula that help bolster their business acumen and ability to provide services under contract with health care entities.
