New Fact Sheet Highlights Key Findings from National AAA Survey

We know many of you are eager to learn the results from the latest National Survey of Area Agencies on Aging, so we wanted to give you all a sneak peak of the data from the forthcoming report, which will be released this summer. Our newly released “Fast Facts” fact sheet highlights some of the survey's key findings about the services AAAs provide, the populations they serve, and the partnerships that they form to expand their reach in their communities.

The National AAA Survey collected even more data on important new trends in programs, services and funding affecting older adults in communities across the United States, including budgets and sources of funding, workforce issues, livable and dementia-friendly community initiatives, and integrated care initiatives.

This fact sheet is the first component of the forthcoming toolkit, which will help you examine key trends and issues facing AAAs, benchmark your agency—and tell your AAA's story. In addition to the National AAA Survey Report, the toolkit will also include state reports on AAAs in 35 states that met the necessary response rate, a customizable PowerPoint template with key facts, sample social media posts, and sample newsletter articles.
