n4a Releases 2020 Policy Agenda and Announces New Date for the Aging Policy Briefing

While nearly all attention in DC, including n4a's, is focused at addressing the current health crisis, we took a few moments this week to release n4a's longer-term 2020 Policy Priorities. During the evolving coronavirus pandemic, n4a continues to advance an advocacy and policy agenda that highlights the many reasons why the nation and policymakers need to enable older adults to age safely in their homes by providing critical supports and services through the Older Americans Act, Medicaid and Medicare.

n4a members should all receive a copy of these priorities in the mail within the next week. We will continue to promote this agenda throughout the year and discuss it at length at the rescheduled n4a Aging Policy Briefing & Capitol Hill Day, which will now be held September 21-22 in Washington, DC. More information about the rescheduled event and the registration is available at www.n4a.org/agingpolicybriefing. Contact policy@n4a.org with any questions.
