Hartford Foundation and WebMD will host Driving Towards Age-Friendly Care for the Future, an in-person event about the age-friendly health systems movement, on October 29 in New York, NY.

Speakers include Martha Stewart, philanthropic founder of the Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mount Sinai; Terry Fulmer, President, The John A. Hartford Foundation; and John Whyte, Chief Medical Officer, WebMD among others. Learn more about Driving Towards Age-Friendly Care for the Future by visiting the event's webpage.
