Join engAGED for a Twitter Chat Next Week!

Join n4a and engAGED: The National Resource Center for Engaging Older Adults for a Twitter Chat on best practices for socially engaging older adults in the community. During the Twitter Chat, engAGED and its partners will share information and resources on ways to reduce social isolation through the successful implementation of social engagement programs!
On Tuesday August 27 at 2:00pm ET engAGED and its partners will share proven tips and activities that have been used to successfully help keep older adults engaged in and connected to their communities. engAGED will review emerging trends, resources and innovative approaches to engaging older adults—and the impact these activities have on both older adults and their communities.
Here's how you can be a part of the conversation: log on to Twitter on August 27 at 2:00pm ET, head over to the @n4aACTION handle and be sure to answer, like or retweet any of the questions. Add your own resources and insight to the mix! Make sure to reference the question you are answering (ex: A1, A2) in the tweet, tag @n4aACTION and use the hashtag #engAGEDaging in your post!
