Calling all AAAs: Take n4a's New Survey on Dementia and Brain Health!

AAA Directors: Check your inbox for n4a's brief survey on dementia and brain health. Through funding from ACL, n4a conducts topical polls once per year to learn about key issues and hot topics. With this survey we hope to learn about the services AAAs provide to individuals with dementia and their caregivers, as well as programming related to brain health.

The survey should take 7-10 minutes to complete. To ensure just one response per agency, the survey is sent directly to AAA directors.

All AAAs that complete the survey by Friday, March 15 will be entered into a contest to win one of two prizes. One winner will receive a complimentary set of 50 copies of n4a's most in-demand publications. A second winner will receive a customized webinar from n4a staff on how to start a Dementia Friendly Community.

AAA responses to the survey will be highlighted in a report showcasing the innovative strategies and programs that AAAs have successfully developed to address challenges faced by individuals with dementia and their caregivers. The survey also addresses AAA training on and programs developed for brain health, which is defined as the ability to remember, learn, play, concentrate and maintain a clear, active mind.

If your agency has a program addressing dementia or brain health that you think should be highlighted in our report, send an email to eblair@n4a.org. We may select your program to feature as a case example in our report.
