Celebrate Older Americans Month - And Showcase Your Local Work - in n4a's Latest Social Media Campaign!
Coinciding with the start of Older Americans Month and this year's theme "Engage at Every Age," n4a has launched Strut Your Stuff, a social media campaign to illustrate how local AAAs and Title VI Native American aging programs engage with their communities. Learn how your agency can take part and highlight the vital role that the Aging Network plays in supporting older Americans!
Every day members of the Aging Network work tirelessly to deliver vital services to older adults and caregivers in communities across the country. The goal of Strut Your Stuff is to show how local agencies not only "talk the talk" but also "walk the walk" in their communities! Once a month in n4a's Answers on Aging newsletter, n4a will feature some of the top photos shared by our members on social media that highlight agency services and successes in their communities.
Whether you're delivering services, meeting with policymakers or accepting an award, we want to shine a spotlight on how your work helps older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible.
To participate, simply share a photo on Facebook or Twitter that shows your staff and volunteers hard at work in the community using the hashtag #n4aStrut. If you have a photo that you want to make the final cut, don't be shy! For more information on how to participate, contact Charlie Carroll, n4a's Senior Communications Associate.
