Dementia, Caregiving and Transportation Toolkit

The National Aging and Disability Transportation Center, co-administered by n4a nd Easterseals, has released Dementia, Caregiving and Transportation Toolkit, a new resource designed to provide caregivers with information and strategies to approach the coordination of transportation for meeting the everyday needs of older adults with dementia.
This resource provides an in-depth look at the challenges faced by caregivers of individuals with dementia and how these challenges are faced by bringing together transportation and caregiving programs to develop community-specific solutions.
