Winners of the Dementia Friendly America Photo Contest

As part of the Aging Network, we all know that communities around the country provide an array of support for both individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. The entries to Dementia Friendly America's photo contest did an excellent job of showcasing this diversity of support. We're excited to congratulate the winners of the photo contest for showing the many ways communities can support people living with dementia and their caregivers.
