AAA Innovation in Changing Landscape Case Studies

To educate lawmakers and others on the role of AAAs in improving the health of older adults, n4a recently released a set of short case studies highlighting some of the innovative approaches driving down costs while improving outcomes.

Released at n4a's October 25 Capitol Hill briefing, and now available publicly, the collection of examples demonstrates how AAAs are experts at providing services that improve the social determinants of health, the creative ways they are partnering with health care entities and the new service delivery innovations being developed.
