New n4a Webinar Series to Explore How #AdvocacyWorks

After quick action from local and national advocates, Senators this week dropped their last-minute bid to repeal and replace the ACA and gut Medicaid.
As our recent Legislative Update details, this is a temporary victory, and we are likely to see several future threats to federal Medicaid funding. There are also still many legislative must-do's this fall, and aging advocates should now turn to appropriations advocacy as lawmakers finalize their FY 2018 spending bills. To support these advocacy efforts, n4a will host a fall webinar series: Conversations on Advocacy beginning next Tuesday, October 3 at 2 p.m. ET.
