To provide family caregivers the opportunity to learn from more than 50 national and international speakers, Dementia Friendly America (DFA) will be participating as an affiliate organization in a Virtual “Caregiver Smile Summit.”
People are encouraged to register NOW to lock in the all-access pass at the discounted rate of $79 before the event goes live on October 30 and the price increases to $97. With the all-access pass, you can watch videos of all five days of the summit anytime. DFA receives 10 percent of the proceeds of all who register using this link. In addition, group discounts are available upon request.
n4a's Chief of Programs and Services and DFA lead, Nora Super, will be a featured speaker describing the DFA model and its impact across the country.
The Summit consists of a series of more than 50 interviews on topics including how to age in place, caregiver fatigue and choosing long-term care.
“We have assembled more than 50 national and international speakers, the top thought leaders in their field,” says conference organizer Anthony Cirillo, FACHE, president of The Aging Experience. “Many caregivers can't afford to travel to a live conference to hear these experts. Even if they could afford the travel, food and lodging, aggregating over 50 national experts at one time would be hard to do.”
