Business Institute Launches Readiness Assessment Tool To Help CBOs Gauge Health Care Partnership Capacity

n4a's Aging and Disability Business Institute is proud to announce the release of its new Readiness Assessment tool, a powerful resource that will help community-based organizations determine their capacity and preparedness for engaging in contractual partnerships with health care entities.
The interactive tool will walk users through seven modules covering readiness on key topics that impact health care partnerships, including operations, leadership, management and more. Users will be guided to targeted resources based on their unique results, ensuring a customized path to help recognize strengths and grow those areas that might need some development.
