Policy Event To Feature n4a Perspective on Improving Care for Medicare Population
n4a's Nora Super, Chief, Programs and Services, will participate as a panelist at an upcoming Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) event that coincides with the release of a new BPC report outlining barriers to the integration of clinical health and social services and recommendations to eliminate those barriers for the Medicare-only population.
The “Improving Care for Chronically-Ill Medicare Patients” event will be live-streamed on BPC's website beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET on April 25.
The new report builds on a preliminary report released in February and a related report which details how to better structure and target care for the dually eligible Medicare-Medicaid population.

The Aging and Disability Business Institute, housed at n4a, is playing an integral part in the nationwide movement to improve care for vulnerable populations that the BPC report highlights. The Business Institute is linking community-based organizations (CBOs) and the health care sector in a way that is delivering on the care improvement and cost-savings promises of true person-centered, integrated care.
