Staying Ahead of the IT Curve Focus of New Report and Webinar

Staying abreast of the latest developments in information technology (IT) is critical for AAAs, but doing so can be a daunting task given other mission-critical priorities and the pace of change in the IT arena. n4a has made it a priority to understand the IT challenges faced by the Aging Network and to assist in finding solutions.

On April 25 at 3:00 p.m. ET, an n4a webinar will highlight the latest IT developments affecting AAAs and showcase the experiences of AAAs facing these changes head on.

The webinar will provide an overview of a new report from the Altarum Institute, commissioned by n4a and and funded through the U.S. Administration for Community Living. Speakers are:
  • Anne Montgomery, Center for Elder Care and Advanced Illness, Altarum Institute
  • Sarah Slocum, Center for Elder Care and Advanced Illness, Altarum Institute
  • Meredith Eisenhart, National Association of Area Agencies on Aging
This report and webinar build upon n4a's Information Technology in the Area Agencies on Aging, an ACL-funded study conducted in 2015 to analyze the state of IT in the Aging Network.
