Countdown to Pharmacy Benefits Week Win Up To $2,000 For Your Agency!

We're counting down to the launch of our second annual Answers on AgingTM Pharmacy Benefits Week (PBW) to be held January 30—February 3, 2017.

Developed in collaboration with Walgreens, this annual observance serves as a catalyst for a national conversation on the problem of rising prescription costs and how older adults can save money and achieve better health outcomes by maximizing their pharmacy benefits.

To show our support for your hard work in promoting this important issue and to encourage more AAAs to get involved, we will award prizes of as much as $2,000 for the most successful campaign efforts. Contest details will be provided this week.

n4a created a toolkit including assessment and outreach resources to help you lead a campaign in your community. Last year, AAAs nationwide held events, leveraged traditional and social media, conducted one-on-one and group counseling sessions and integrated campaign messaging and activities into existing agency programs.

In addition to a being a valuable service to your clients, this initiative also enables you to connect with Walgreens regional leaders in your area who wish to support your efforts to educate clients and other community members, and most importantly, to help them take action.
