n4a is Building Leaders!
Last week, 40 leaders and emerging leaders from n4a member agencies were in Washington, DC taking part in n4a's 8th Annual Leadership Institute.
Under the direction of Doug Krug of Enlightened Leadership Solutions Inc., participants were guided through techniques for building communications, team work and leadership skills to help make them more effective agency leaders. This group graduated on Saturday, February 28.
