n4a is excited to announce the results of our recent Board of Directors election.
Kathryn Boles, President & CEO of Valley Area Agency on Aging in Flint, Michigan, was elected by the membership as the new President of n4a. Kathy will begin her two-year term following the conclusion of the n4a Annual Conference later this month, when current President Joe Ruby of Akron, Ohio concludes his term.
The election of 15 regional representatives to the Board includes six new members and nine incumbents. Not all seats were open for election, as the regional representatives serve three-year terms staggered to prevent dramatic year-to-year change-over. More about the n4a Board of Directors.
