Business Innovation Award Nominations Open

Nominations are now open for the John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award, administered by n4a's National Aging and Disability Business Center's Advisory Council. 
This honor will recognize one or more social services agencies that have made significant strides to partner with health care entities, to improve the quality of life for older adults and/or people with disabilities. 
 
Community-based organizations that work in the aging and disability networks are strongly encouraged to apply. Recipients will be recognized at the n4a 41st Annual Conference in San Diego this July, and will receive a plaque and monetary award of up to $500. 
 
Submit nominations to Mary Kaschak by Monday, June 27 to be considered!
